    此次会议接收中英文的论文，分上下两册出版，中文论文将完成ISTP检索,
    英文论文根据作者需要选择完成Ei检索或者是ISTP检索。
   
    中文的文章必须要由英文的标题，摘要，关键词以及参考文献。
    此次会议论文集将由美国电子和电气工程及科研出版社出版。所有录用的论文
    将被ISTP(CPCI-S）或EI检索。
会议投稿文章，会务组将采取边投稿边录用的形式，每篇投稿我们将在两个星期内给出录用结果。
会后会免费为作者安排一天的红色革命之旅，去看看革命前辈们曾经生活和战斗的地方-
铜像广场、毛家宗祠、毛泽东故居，韶山冲等。
